Karate

Siena started Karate in January to help get all of her extra energy (aka aggression) out. It is working wonderfully! She has earned 2 stripes on her belt (I think she gets 3 stripes before advancing to the next level/color). Her teacher, Mrs. Matthews has been awesome and so patient! And Siena loves it. The first time she went, she kicked the little punching bag so hard that she knocked herself down every time. Too funny! It's good entertainment for the whole family!
