We celebrated Tessa's 4th birthday with a Frozen theme. I surprised the girls with Elsa (Siena) and Anna (Tessa) dresses that morning to wear to the party. I lucked out to get the last Anna dress anywhere, and I made Siena's Elsa dress for her. We enjoyed making a poster for "pin the nose on Olaf", and Olaf pinata and lots of decorations!
